Statements in Memory of Lawrence

Lawrence's obituary from the Sheboygan Press

Lawrence Henry TeSelle, age 89, of Sheboygan Falls, left us peacefully on November 16th, 2014.

Larry was born on March 22, 1925, in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, to Lawrence and Clara (Kaestner) TeSelle. He was a graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School, and Ripon College.

He served in the U.S. Army until he was wounded in the Battle of the Bulge.

Larry married Betty Epler in Three Lakes, Wisconsin. Their beautiful union lasted 64 years.

His 35 year career with Kemper Insurance took him from Chicago to New York, and finally to Seattle, WA, where he retired. He enjoyed rock hounding, traveling and woodworking, but especially time spent with his family and friends. Larry will be remembered for his kindness and sense of humor.

He is survived by his loving wife, Betty; two children, Jeffery (Sharlene) TeSelle and Julie TeSelle, of Redmond WA; three grandchildren; his sister-in-law, Muriel TeSelle and his brother-in-law William Pietenpol. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Henry TeSelle, and his sister, Barbara Pietenpol.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in his name to the Honor Flight, a foundation that transports our veterans to Wash., D.C. to visit their memorials.
